We accept all merchandise that has not been worn and still has the original tag attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were ordered more than 30 days ago, sorry! We’ll do our best to make sure you are happy and your issue is resolved. Please understand that each return/exchange is dealt with on an individual basis and in rare situations restocking fees and charges may apply.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered.
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition.
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item or ANY clearance items.
- The item(s) were an international sale/order. All international sales/orders are final.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not refund or reship any orders that were lost or stolen. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier indicated on your shipping confirmation and file a claim.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return/exchange. Every item is inspected before we ship. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact Attractive Nuisance Apparel immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receipt of order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ALL orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated.
APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.
